AB Living Group grew from the vision of the Bataller family, whose SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante opened in 2008 and became one of the world's most respected wellness destinations. The wider AB Living brand was consolidated in 2022 to bring the family's philosophy of wellbeing into luxury hospitality and branded residential development, building on more than thirty years of heritage.
The group is led by Founder and CEO Alfredo Bataller Parietti, with Alejandro Bataller as Vice President. Its model centres on branded residences developed in close partnership with Marriott International, attaching homes to flagship hospitality brands including St. Regis, JW Marriott, W and The Luxury Collection.
Signature projects include the SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, the St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort & Residences, the JW Marriott and W all-inclusive resorts at Costa Mujeres, and Almare, a Luxury Collection resort on Isla Mujeres in Mexico, alongside residential developments in Spain.
