Naftali Group was founded in 2011 by Miki Naftali, who serves as Chairman and CEO. Before launching the firm, Naftali was Co-Founder and CEO of El Ad Group, where he led the acquisition and roughly $450 million redevelopment of The Plaza Hotel - the project that established his reputation in New York real estate.

Over a 35-year career, Naftali has acquired, developed and managed more than $15 billion and over 30 million square feet of real estate across four continents.
