Fortune International Group

Fortune International Group was founded in 1983 by Edgardo Defortuna, who serves as President and CEO with more than four decades of experience in South Florida real estate. What began as a brokerage grew into a fully integrated developer, sales and marketing organisation, with an in-house team of architects, designers, engineers and construction professionals and a global network of multilingual agents across some 20 offices.

The company has developed more than 30 residential towers representing millions of square feet, and has marketed and sold well over 100 projects and tens of thousands of units. Its deep reach into international and Latin American buyer networks has made it a preferred partner for global luxury brands entering the Miami market.

Fortune is a pioneer of branded residences in South Florida, with projects including Jade Signature by Herzog & de Meuron, the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach and Pompano Beach, Auberge Beach Residences & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach and ORA by Casa Tua in Brickell. In 2022 the firm became the Christie's International Real Estate affiliate for Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
